Plein air Pastel at Robert Young Winery

Plein air painting is glorious on a Spring day! The vineyards had wild mustard growing in between the rows and everything was vibrant. Robert Young Winery is located in the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County, Northern California.

  • Mmmmm! So soft and yummy. I somehow hadnt made the connection that you go out with the MMpainters on a regular basis. Maybe I’ll just join you some time.

What’s so great about painting en plein air, is that we actually get to spend time with the scenery for a period of time. And the painting becomes an extension of the experience. Come to MMP anytime, we have a something scheduled for every Monday.
